Movement and Gesture as Language of Life: The Poetry of Puppetry
Janene Ping is a puppet enthusiast who is "pulled by the strings of her passion". She is founder and artistic director of the Magical Puppet Tree, a not-for-profit troupe dedicated to enriching community festival life through a variety of puppetry styles since 1982. She has been teaching kindergarten at the Hawthorne Valley School in Ghent, NY for the past 15 years.
