Joan Almon is Co-General Secretary of the Anthroposophical Society in America. She is also Coordinator of the Alliance for Childhood, which brings together individuals in education, medicine, and related fields to create healthy change for children.
She was formerly a Waldorf kindergarten teacher and co-chair of the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America. She has traveled worldwide for Waldorf education.
