Torin M. Finser is Director of Waldorf Teacher Training and the Collaborative Leadership Program at Antioch New England Graduate School in Keene, NH. A former Waldorf class teacher at the Rudolf Steiner School of Great Barrington, Torin is currently President of the governing Council of the Center for Anthroposophy. He is the author of several books including School Renewal, a required text for this course, and his new book: Organizational Integrity: How to Apply the Wisdom of the Body to Develop Healthy Organizations.
