Personal and Organizational Renewal (HS 310)
Course Outline
Participants explore how personal well-being affects organizational health and how organizational structure of Waldorf schools can enhance or diminish individual accomplishment.
Topics covered include: group dynamics, leadership styles, working with conflict, communication, mediation, artistic practice, finding the balance between personal and professional demands. These themes are supported by exercises of eurythmy in the workplace.
