Music (HS 336)

Learning Goals

This course invites current and prospective high school teachers to develop their own musicality through singing, rhythm exercises, and improvisation - employing musical elements from many different cultures.

We explore the high school choral repertoire of the past and present and consider how singing programs might be shaped to meet the needs of high school students in the future.
