                                    5:00-6:00 p.m.                     Check-in with CfA office (Main Building lobby)

                                    6:00-7:30 p.m.                     Dinner

                                    7:30-9:00 p.m.                     Introduction to the first week “intensive course” (Big Room)

                                    9:00-9:15 p.m.                     Returning students meet with Douglas Gerwin (High Mowing Library)

 Sunday, July 8:      4:00 p.m.                               Convocation of all programs (at Pine Hill)

                                    6:00 p.m.                             *Evening meal for students & faculty (at High Mowing)

(*Please note: Those not enrolled in the pre-paid meal plan may purchase this meal at the counter)

Friday, July 27:            7:00 p.m.                       Demonstration Evening (at Pine Hill)*  

 Saturday, July 28:       10:30 a.m.                     Graduation and Completion Ceremonies* followed by a festive lunch

                                        2:00-4:00 p.m.               Clean-up of Pine Hill building, followed by closing
